Inventory of fixed assets
The AssetInventory application - stationary part.
Designed for:
- initial loading of the list of fixed assets from the enterprise's Accounting system.
- dynamic display, analysis, and printing of the results of the ongoing inventory as it is conducted;
- sending results to the Accounting system.
The workflow assumes that each fixed asset has its own barcode. The printing of labels containing the barcode is also carried out by the application.
The actual inventory process is conducted using a mobile device (phone, data collection terminal) by scanning the labels and making changes that reflect the actual condition of the fixed assets.
Import/export of the fixed asset registry from/to the accounting system is carried out in Excel format.
