Real Estate Investment Analysis (Prague, Czech Republic)

As part of this project, the prospects for investment in real estate in Prague were calculated depending on the districts and type of property.

The following indicators were calculated:
1. Payback period
2. ROI level
3. Average real estate prices
4. Average prices per 1 sq.m. real estate
5. Average real estate area
And other indicators

As a result, the investor was presented with the most investment-attractive real estate properties in Prague (Czech Republic).
