Job parser for further publication in TG

A web interface that pars jobs from the site robota ua (you can expand to add other sites). You can do parsing by categories that are available on the site or by the previously formed url with filters. There is also a functional that once every 12 hours updates new jobs in all categories. After that, you can select jobs and form a message for publication in the telegram channel, you can upload a photo or use the template on which the text is attached. Publication is available or delayed. You can also add a few channels and choose which to publish.
