The "Dobry Dentist" and "Dobry Doctor" network of clinics are private medical facilities operating in Kyiv since 2010.

Tasks
The client has requested the following services:
- Technical support and monitoring of the clinics' websites' operability.
- Performing SEO-related tasks received from search engine optimization specialists.
- Troubleshooting or fixing malfunctioning features on the websites.
- Implementing new features on the websites upon client request.

Process
Our work on projects includes:
- Daily monitoring of the websites to ensure their continuous operation and absence of technical interruptions.
- Fixing any identified errors or deficiencies on the websites to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Executing assigned tasks according to client requirements and preferences to ensure the web resources meet their needs and goals.
- Conducting website testing to identify any potential issues or shortcomings that may arise during operation, and subsequently fixing them.

Result
During our one and a half years of collaboration, we have successfully completed a wide range of tasks, including:
- Conducting technical SEO optimization of websites to improve their visibility in search engines.
- Optimizing page load speeds to ensure a fast and efficient user experience.
- Implementing structural changes to the websites according to SEO specialists' requirements to enhance their effectiveness.
- Developing a script to set the Ukrainian version of the site as default, without negatively impacting its search engine ranking.
- Integrating websites with a CRM system to automate client management processes and improve communication with clients.

The target audience is residents of Kyiv and the surrounding area who need dental services.

Team
The technical support team for the websites consists of five specialists: a project manager, a user interface designer, a front-end developer, a back-end developer, and a QA engineer.
