Niche: the largest dealer of authentic Ukrainian ceramic tableware Keramikos.
Task (first month):
Attract online + offline sales (Lviv showroom).
Build B2B lead generation and PR coverage of the brand.
Stay within the advertising budget of $1,330 and achieve ROAS > 500%.
What was done:
Developed a strategy for 3 segments: B2B, B2C, PR.
Launched 6 types of Meta campaigns: Purchases, B2B lead forms, DM correspondence, Traffic, Live catalog (collection), Brand video.
Wrote technical specifications, organized shooting of 7 UGC videos + banners; tested 3–4 offer options.
Optimized CPA/CPM, enabled "green" audiences; tested advertising for a live store.
Results in 25 days:
In 25 days, we launched six different campaigns on Meta (purchases, B2B forms, correspondence, traffic, catalog, brand video) and supported them with 7 UGC videos and several banners. With an advertising budget of $1,330, we received 430 confirmed actions: online purchases, B2B inquiries, and DM messages. The average lead cost was only 39₴, and the total turnover exceeded 398,000₴, resulting in a ROAS of 714%.
Business benefit: the brand received almost ₴400K in turnover in the first month, a stable flow of B2B and B2C leads, a flexible creative system, and a clear scaling plan for the coming months (UGC content collection, new offline promotions, traffic expansion → retargeting → purchase funnels).
