The advertising campaign aimed to promote legal support services for companies requiring permits to work with pharmaceuticals. The primary goal was to increase the number of leads from corporate clients while maintaining the lowest possible cost per acquisition.
The challenge was the limited number of companies in this niche, as well as the need to convey the value of the services to key decision-makers within organizations. Competition with legal firms made it difficult to highlight the unique selling proposition (USP).
Strategy and Approach
To achieve the objectives, the following actions were taken:
- Conducted an analysis of the target audience, focusing on companies in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
- Developed creatives that emphasized the simplicity of the permitting process and minimization of legal risks.
- Configured targeting for the B2B segment, considering roles such as executives, lawyers, and managers.
- Launched retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who visited the site but did not complete a lead form.
- Regularly optimized bids and ad copy to improve CTR and reduce conversion costs.
Results
Leads from clients were acquired at a cost of 400 UAH.
