Commercial Telegram bot for lead generation and automatic integration

The bot acts as an automated sales funnel: it conducts customer surveys, collects necessary order parameters, structures them, and instantly sends the ready data directly to the corporate CRM system via API. This solution completely eliminates the need for manual data transfer by managers and reduces the likelihood of lead loss to zero.
Key functionality:
AI complexity assessment: The bot analyzes customer text inquiries regarding their project/needs. Using LLM under the hood, the system automatically assesses the complexity level of the task, predicts the approximate budget/timelines, and assigns the appropriate tag (priority) to the lead before sending it to the CRM.
Smart follow-ups: If a customer stops at a certain stage of the funnel or ceases to respond, the system automatically generates and sends contextual, unobtrusive follow-ups (reminders) at specified intervals to bring them back to the dialogue.
