Comprehensive QA audit and bug report of the iOS mobile application

Full manual testing (Manual QA) and UI/UX audit of the mobile application for drivers "Parker" based on the iOS operating system (test device — Apple iPhone 15).
What was done within the project:
— Functional Testing: Verified critical user paths, including the logic of registration and authorization through third-party services (Google/Apple OAuth).
— UI/UX and Accessibility Audit: Analyzed the application interface for compliance with WCAG 2.1 contrast standards. Identified elements that become invisible on different graphic themes.
— Localization Testing: Checked the correctness of displaying system notifications and server errors in Ukrainian.
— Exploratory Testing: Searched for non-standard and specific bugs in business logic (for example, the ability to send reports to oneself).
— Test Documentation: Prepared a detailed professional bug report in Excel format with clear steps to reproduce, error logs, and suggestions on the fix.
Result:
The client received a comprehensive audit that allowed the development team to promptly eliminate vulnerabilities and critical bugs before the app's release in the App Store, preserving the marketing budget and brand reputation.
