The client manages an Instagram account. Previously, the video editing was done by a social media manager.
Task: make the videos more dynamic and engaging enough to hold attention until the end.
What I did:
— replaced the editing with a more dynamic style compared to previous works (not mine)
— assisted in finding content and ideas for the videos
— sometimes created the video concept for the Reels format
Result: some videos increased from ~800 to 3000 views (specifically those where I applied the new editing approach), individual clips reached up to 6000 views and over 100 shares on Instagram — and this was achieved with organic videos, without paid promotion.
Ideas and content search are additional value that I brought to the work on the account.
