Context: Long-term collaboration with the brand Mr.Rich Coffee (marketing, web, content)
Task
Create a selling landing page for the coffee shop franchise that converts visitors into applications: clearly presents the financial model, addresses typical investor objections, and leads to one call to action — filling out the form.
Marketing structure. The page is built according to the decision-making logic of the investor: key figures on the first screen (royalties, income, payback) → brand advantages → product base of the network → ideal locations → step-by-step collaboration stages → two investment formats with specific amounts → FAQ → application form. Each block addresses a specific question or objection from a potential partner.
Copywriting. All texts are written from scratch: headlines and offers, descriptions of two franchise formats (boutique coffee shop and corner in a shopping center) with characteristics of area, investments, and payback periods, justification of locations (new buildings, shopping and business centers) with an explanation of traffic logic, a product block with over 300 items in the assortment, FAQ with real financial indicators of active franchisees.
Development on Webflow. Responsive layout of the page with anchor navigation through sections, video presentation, product sliders, and an application collection form with notification integration. Graphic materials and design preparation — Adobe Illustrator.
Technical part. Meta tags, Open Graph, and Twitter Card for correct display in search and social networks, canonical address, clickable contacts (phone, e-mail) throughout the page. Setting up Google Ads campaigns and verification through Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions.
