— thoughtful zoning of the territory, including playgrounds, amphitheater, cascades, and gardens,
— execution in ArchiCAD + Photoshop, detailing of each element,
— suitable for further 3D modeling or visualization.

I have experience creating master plans, layouts, presentations, and submissions for the urban planning council or investor.
