Landscape design and improvement of the adjacent territory on a complex relief - on a slope over 12 m high towards the lake. The site includes a parking lot with a canopy for 2 cars, an entrance to an underground garage that runs through the site and has an exit near the lake, terraced flower beds, an artificial pond, relaxation areas, a sports ground, and a greenhouse. The site has a complex relief, so there was a need to develop a whole system of retaining walls, but the advantage in this case is the possibility to create multi-level observation platforms and cozy places for relaxation that will allow enjoying the scenery.
