Launch and optimization of advertising for the ophthalmological medical center

The client requested advertising setup - an ophthalmology clinic in one of the regional centers of Ukraine. They had previously worked with advertising, but the results were very poor. The last contractor made many mistakes with the campaigns.
What was done:
- conversions were set up on the account (previously worked with errors)
- a semantic core was gathered for services and directions
- search campaigns and PMAX were created
In the first month of work, we gradually launched all new campaigns, tested creatives and hypotheses. The results were twice as good as the previous launch, but still insufficient. In the second month of work, we identified options for scaling and further optimization.
Results of the second month of work:
Conversions +100.00% (was 27, became 54)
Cost per conversion (form on the website, order a callback): -35.15% (was 801.24 UAH, became 519.63 UAH)
Conversion rate +131.91% (was 0.49%, became 1.12%)

We continue working in the 3rd month)
A new work plan and new plans for optimization and scaling have been developed
