Launch of a vitamin brand on Prom, Rozetka + SaleDrive CRM
A successful case of launching a vitamin and dietary supplement brand (up to 20 product items) on the leading marketplaces in Ukraine "turnkey" with full process automation.
What was done:
1. Setting up Prom.ua: Registration, basic website and account setup. Conducted deep SEO optimization of product cards. Considering the high competition in the dietary supplements niche, all specific characteristics (composition, dosage, purpose, form of release) were thoroughly filled out. This ensured correct display in categories, filters, and internal advertising ProSale.
2. Entry to Rozetka: Preparation and validation of XML/YML feeds considering the strict moderation requirements of the marketplace for content and images in the "Health" category. The store successfully passed moderation.
3. Integration with SaleDrive CRM: Seamless two-way synchronization was set up via API.
- Automated order transfer from Prom and Rozetka into a single CRM window.
- Real-time synchronization of product stock was set up.
- Automatic generation of shipping documents and synchronization of order statuses was established.
Result: The client received a fully operational and automated sales system from 0 to the first invoice.
