Launching an online course on permanent makeup (infobiz)
Webinar funnels for Infobusiness
Perpetual makeup expert (works based on launch models)
Main goals:
> gather the maximum number of registrations for the free webinar;
> warm up and push the audience to submit an application to purchase the online course;
> implement multilingual automation (Russian and English).
A team was involved in the project: designer, targetologist, sales department, producers, and marketers. I was responsible for implementing the entire technical architecture of the automations.
What I implemented
1. Webinar auto-funnel (Telegram)
a) Implemented a complete registration funnel for the webinar in a Telegram bot (SmartSender) in 2 languages: Russian and English.
b) Wrote all texts, developed scenario logic.
c) After the webinar, a series of follow-up messages with unique conditions for attendees was launched — with automatic transfer of applications to the sales department.
d) Newsletters were written and sent during and after the webinar.
2. Instagram funnels
a) Implemented Instagram auto-replies (via ManyChat) triggered by keywords in direct messages or comments.
b) Users received a link to the Telegram bot, where they could get a bonus and register for the webinar.
3. Integration with Facebook API
Configured SmartSender integration with Facebook Conversions API. Registration events were transmitted to the ad account — this allowed better ad optimization and reduced the cost per lead.
4. Email funnel
a) Created email texts and templates, and assembled email automation in SendPulse.
b) The funnel was launched after registration for the webinar: content and warming emails before the event, follow-up emails afterward.
c) Separate advertising campaigns were run for email registrations.
Results
Total sales after launch: €144,000.
Platforms used:
SmartSender — Telegram bot and main auto-funnels
ManyChat — Instagram automation
SendPulse — email funnels and mailings
Facebook Conversions API — event tracking integration
