Corporate website-catalog on MODX (UI/UX + content integration)
Biochemic — a website for a professional chemistry company: a modern product catalog with brands, categories, products, and quick requests for "get consultation / make inquiry."
Task
• Transfer the design from the layout to valid, cross-browser, responsive markup.
• Make the site manageable from the admin panel.
• Implement a unified logic for requests from different points of the site (header/footer/category/product), so that it is clear in the emails what was wanted and where the request came from.

MODX Revolution, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), PHP 8.2
Markup
• Component-based approach: reusable catalog blocks (product cards, category banners, CTAs) with a unified style and behavior.
• Responsiveness: mobile logic is not "cut down," but rethought (buttons, banners, sliders, pop-ups).
• Interactivity: sliders, dynamic blocks, controlled states of elements (hover/focus), minor UX details.
Content and admin panel
• Built structure of the catalog: categories → products → brands, with the possibility of scaling without rework.
• Customized fields for content management: images, statuses, codes, characteristics, category files.
• Product characteristics made as "repeating rows" for convenient filling and beautiful display on the site.
Forms and requests
• A single pop-up request works throughout the site: on the main page, in categories, in products, on static pages.
• Requests are sent with context: type of inquiry, click point (header/CTA/footer), page, product (if any) — so that the manager does not have to "guess" the user's intent.
• Unified email template with a readable data structure.
Result
