Lead collection automation: Google Forms → n8n → Telegram / CRM
An automatic script (Workflow) has been created and configured based on the n8n platform to optimize the processing of customer applications. What has been implemented:
A Webhook has been set up for instant interception of new responses from the lead collection form.
A data filtering and cleansing node has been added (removal of duplicates, verification of phone number correctness).
Instant sending of a structured application to the sales department's Telegram chat with action buttons has been implemented.
Data duplication in Google Sheets has been configured for reporting purposes.
The project has been fully deployed on its own secure VPS server. As a result, the speed of processing new applications by the client has increased to 1 minute, completely eliminating the human factor and loss of leads.
