International Moot Competition on Maritime Arbitration (IMCMA) is a contest for the law undergraduate and graduate students. IMCMA is designed to present the position of the plaintiff and defendant in a moot case submitted to international maritime arbitration. The competition is held in two rounds. The first round is a written part of the contest (the short analogue of application to the international maritime arbitration) while the second one is oral (imitation of judicial debate.) The competition is designed to raise the interest of participants in the study of the most problematic issues of maritime law. The competition is organized by the Center for International Law and Justice. The competition is funded by its organizer and sponsors of the competition jointly with the member of the team. The participation fee for IMCMA-2013 is 200 euro per team.
