Link builder for the site Globalpost.ua - 15 pcs

I need a skilled link builder for approximately 6-12 months.
I have my own account on Collaborator, preferably to work on it.

I see the volume as about 15-20 links per month, but I am open to alternative viewpoints.

From the link builder, I expect proposals for promotion, reports, and position tracking monthly.
