I made a very similar code formatting by templates Intellij Idea https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/settings-code-style-html.html
implemented by:
1 . Creating, Loading, Storing, Removing, Editing your templates
2nd Formating the code according to the template
Three Notification of syntax errors.
Everything is done in the console, on the screenshot - the template edit menu
