After the site, it was landed on WordPress using the plugins ACF, Contact Form 7, Quick Featured Images, WP Mail SMTP, telsender. What in turn allowed to edit the entire content on the site, send the feedback form to the mail and to the group in Telegram, also set the sending of the form through the SMTP plugin to avoid the blocking of sending messages by the host.
