Logo for the fishing store

Competition work
Task: You need to create a logo for a fishing online store: SpinKom.
The short TZ:
You need to play the name of the store in the logo. This can be both separate text + graphics, and mixing text with graphics, and other options.
The symbol used:
compass or something on the subject (e.g. the sides of the light)
In addition to the first symbol to find others: swallowed in the hole spinning (spinning is important), sun, waves.
It is not necessary to use the fish in the logo.
The color. Not pestote, rather dark calm colors.
