Logo for the traffic arbitration team

The logo was supposed to be modern and elegant.
Elegance is shown by "Themis," with added wings for greater effect.
The text is done in yellow, which nicely complements the purple with a transparent text overlay effect, thus perfectly matching the yellow glow from under the statue.
