Lumos | Power Outage Monitoring Bot

Lumos is a Telegram bot that automatically tracks the schedules of planned power outages from Ukrainian providers (specifically for Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions). The bot allows users to find their turn by address, subscribe to it, and receive instant notifications about changes in the schedules. A system of smart reminders before the power is turned off and on has also been implemented.
