Mom's House
Mama's House — a large network of stores, development centers, and clinics operating throughout Ukraine.
The best assistant for Ukrainian moms since 1999. With care for the comprehensive development and health of babies, we opened stores with products for children and future moms, development centers for little ones from 1 to 6 years old, a full-day kindergarten, and clinics with the most caring pediatricians.
Tasks
The client approached us with the task of developing a new online store for children's products, maintaining the rating and SEO achievements of the previous site; changing the site design to match the new corporate style, and improving functionality.
Process
Before starting work, we divided the project into stages:
- Conduct business analysis of the project.
- Study competitors, their features, and mistakes;
- Perform search query analysis to create the website's semantic core.
- Create the site structure based on the semantic core;
- Develop a website prototype;
- Write technical documentation for the project;
- Work on UI/UX design based on the conducted analysis;
- Develop website design mockups;
- Implement front-end and back-end of the online store;
- Integrate with marketplaces;
- Integrate the site with 1C;
- Test the project, including usability and load testing.
Audience
The target audience of the site is divided into 4 segments:
- Expectant mothers
- Moms and dads
- Other users purchasing children's products as gifts
- Kindergartens and centers
Team
A team of 10 people participated in the project implementation: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, graphic designer, front-end developer, 2 back-end developers (1x Senior, 1x Middle), QA specialist.
The site is developed on the OpenCart CMS, as this CMS meets all technical requirements and allowed us to implement all necessary functions.
