The task is to develop the concept of identics for the film festival.
Skyscanner is the main prize of the film festival, but in its classic shape it is somewhat old and hardly remembered as an element of identics.
“Youth” is first and foremost a experiment, courage, and a way out of the boundaries. The audience of the festival is quite different by age, habits and lifestyle, however, it will not be called conservative. That’s why I decided to withdraw from the strictly existing style and make it more charismatic and direct, to transmit the character of the festival.
The basis of the renewed mask is the petroglyphs of the early iron era. At first glance, the image of the olive is not read immediately, so the spectator has a chance to awaken his imagination. In addition, it’s flexible to transform, it’s easy to create a pattern, or transform the perception of the shape by simply changing the corner or scale.
