- Full management of social media: Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram
- Creating and managing a profile on the Zealy platform, conducting contests, checking tasks, distributing the prize fund
- Creating and managing a profile on the Galxe platform
- Writing posts for all social media
- Planning activities for the community
- Searching for and establishing new partnerships with other projects
- Communicating with partners, establishing a partnership plan, cross-promotion, etc.
- Searching for people for the project team (moderators, Zealy managers)
- Managing the team (assigning tasks to moderators, briefs to designers)
- Communicating with influencers and TG channels for advertising
In three months of my community management, it reached 12k on Twitter and 8.5k on Discord, and was in the top 3 on the Zealy platform.
