Master plan of the city: residential group with a communication complex

Within the general plan of the city of Sumy, a residential group has been developed, which includes multi-storey residential buildings, public spaces, recreation areas, and all necessary engineering communications. The project provides for the organization of internal courtyards, pedestrian alleys, green zones, children's and sports playgrounds. Special attention is paid to transport infrastructure: convenient access roads, parking areas, and cycling infrastructure have been designed. All communications – water supply, sewage, electrical networks, and lighting systems – are integrated according to modern standards and requirements of the urban environment.

The project also provides for the preservation of the natural landscape and includes landscaping elements to create a comfortable living environment.
