Media analysis algorithm and their optimization

1. An algorithm was created that analyzes all images, obtains the size of each folder, the number of images, the number of images of each format, and the number of images that are not used.
2. An algorithm was created that converts each image in an uncompressed format to the webp format with compression, the degree of compression can be set, then the algorithm changes the link to this image in the database. This allows for reducing loading time, backup size, and server load. The algorithm has been tested on WordPress multiple times.
