I created an automated workflow that captures Meta Lead Ads submissions and instantly syncs them to Brevo. It creates contacts, handles duplicates, sets dynamic variables, and sends a personalized welcome email via the Brevo API — eliminating manual work and boosting conversion speed. Since the client was a small startup using Zapier’s free plan without Meta triggers, I proposed a budget-friendly alternative and built the entire solution in Make.com at no extra cost.
