Migration and enhancement of Roomak furniture e-commerce store

End-to-end migration and technical support for roomak.com.ua — a Ukrainian online store selling custom and built-in furniture.

Scope of work:

Migrated catalog, URL structure, and content to OpenCart 3 / ocStore with the Oct Promo theme
Built a bilingual website (Ukrainian + Russian with /ru/ prefix) with SEO-friendly URLs
Implemented mass 301 redirects from legacy URLs (thousands of rules) to preserve search rankings
Enhanced product page UX: display of selected product options (size, color, etc.)
Developed a portfolio module for completed projects with dedicated SEO URLs
Configured Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads with goal migration from the legacy site
Set up XML sitemaps for Ukrainian and Russian versions
Added 404 error logging to monitor broken links after migration
Fixed JS issues, ensured PHP 7.3 compatibility, prepared Nginx configs
Outcome: a stable, modern store on a new platform with preserved SEO traffic, accurate analytics, and improved customer experience.
