Model for client assessment (scoring) for loan issuance in Excel
In this project, I implemented an automated model for assessing the financial reliability of clients and making decisions regarding loan issuance based on input data (age, average monthly income, employment status, marital status, loan amount, and term).
What was done within the project:
Data structuring: A clear and understandable form was created for entering the client's initial questionnaire data.
Logical algorithms and formulas: A system of automatic assessment was set up through logical functions (IF, AND, OR), which determine the relative sizes of the loan, risk categories for repayment, and the social status of the borrower.
Automation of decisions: The final summary of the model was programmed, which automatically issues a verdict (Approval of payment or Denial) based on a combination of factors.
The work demonstrates my skills in data analysis, building financial-logical models, and the ability to automate routine calculations in spreadsheets.
