The project features a detailed BIM interior model of a two-story private villa with a total area of 400 m², developed at LOD 350. The model includes accurate geometry and data for all interior elements: furniture, finishes, lighting, and integrated MEP components. Deliverables include floor plans, wall elevations, construction details, and schedules. The model is intended for visualization, construction documentation, and coordination with engineering systems.
