3D model of a wall section with flexible connections and brick
Task: Creation of a visual and technically accurate 3D node of the facade wall for a construction project / catalog of technical solutions.
What has been implemented in this work:
Multilayer structure: Detailed construction of the "layer cake" of the wall: aerated concrete (375 mm), basalt insulation (100 mm), ventilation gap (40 mm), and facing brick (120 mm).
Engineering accuracy: Hidden elements have been taken into account and visualized in the model — reinforcing mesh and flexible basalt-plastic ties.
Cascading cut: A stepped layer cutting method has been applied for maximum informativeness and understanding of the assembly sequence.
Technical "X-ray": A separate detailed cut (Detail A) has been made, demonstrating the depth and reliability of the fixation of flexible ties in the load-bearing base and facing layer.
Who benefits from such visualization:
Developers and architects: For presenting design solutions to clients.
Construction teams: As a visual instruction for assembling complex nodes.
Manufacturers of building materials: For creating quality content in technical catalogs.
Tools: SketchUp, Paint.NET.
