— Scraper for Rozetka + Prom.ua: name, price, stock, rating
— Scheduler: checks twice a day automatically
— Compares with previous price → calculates % change
— Telegram alert triggered when price drops/rises > 5%
— Excel report: price dynamics table per week/month
