1 . All telephone sales
2nd Registration in Jivosite
Three Weekly report on the work of the entire department and in addition to each manager (i.e. the co-section of entering applications, the co-section of sales, violations)
4 . Errors and training of managers
and 5. Control of filling SRM
6 . Control of the implementation of the sales plan
7 . Control of order distribution between managers and timely application processing.
Duration August-November 2018
