Multilingual website on Wix for medical services
Website for a company providing treatment services in Ukraine using an innovative device
Task:
Develop a multi-page website for the company with the ability to book services, set up a blog, SEO optimization, as well as integration with a Telegram bot for convenient client registration. The website was to be designed according to a ready-made design with additional recommendations for UI/UX, as well as ensuring its further administration.
Solution:
1. Booking functionality:
• Implemented an interactive booking system through the website with a calendar.
• Set up functions for selecting location, doctor, service, and convenient appointment time.
• Added the ability for automatic email notifications for clients about appointment confirmation and reminders.
• Integrated functionality for synchronization with a Telegram bot (implemented by another contractor), allowing clients to choose services and register directly through the messenger.
2. Design and UI/UX:
• Developed the website according to the ready-made design but additionally proposed recommendations for improving user experience (UX): button placement, improving text readability, and simplifying navigation.
• Optimized visual elements such as color palette, fonts, and the use of interactive components for a harmonious overall appearance of the website.
3. Blog:
• Set up a blog for publishing articles about the latest treatment methods and the advantages of the innovative device.
• Added content categorization.
• Optimized articles for SEO to increase organic traffic.
4. SEO and technical optimization:
• Conducted SEO setup, including page optimization, meta tags, and analytics.
• Optimized website performance: image compression, caching, code minimization, and server request configuration.
5. Content management:
• Added new locations and doctor profiles, each with the ability to book a consultation through the interactive calendar.
• Updated information about services, including descriptions of treatment methods and advantages.
• Implemented a section with client reviews to increase trust in the company.
6. Support and administration:
• Provide regular website updates, including adding new services, changing content, and configuring new features.
• Monitor the performance and stable operation of the website, implementing necessary improvements.
Result:
• Clients received a convenient multi-channel booking system through the website and Telegram bot.
• The number of website visits in the first month after launch increased by 71%, service bookings by 21%, and sales by 40%.
• The configured blog and SEO ensured stable organic traffic.
• Due to the integration of the Telegram bot, a significant portion of users switched to using this tool, reducing the load on the call center.
