Netherlands.com (Local site - high positions in Google)

Goal: To create a Russian-language information portal, especially for Ukrainians, about life in the Netherlands with passive monetization.
What I did:
1) Chose a topic with minimal competition based on keyword analysis.
2) Built a website on WordPress (lightweight, optimized, mobile-friendly).
3) Wrote SEO-optimized articles, improved their structure and readability.
4) Launched Google Ads, tested PPC ads to increase reach.
5) I plan to implement affiliate programs and local business ads.

Result:
High positions for targeted queries despite little content.
High CTR (users actively click on the site in the search engine).
The project is used as a test site for SEO, content and PPC.
