A new site instead of a old

The site is made on UMI. The CMS has not been updated since 2012 and there is no adaptive edge!
There is a old website and a new template.
Transfer to WordPress.
1) You need to stay on the same domain and with the old address, but already on the new CMS.
2) Create and upgrade new pages based on the TZ
3) Enter the site map xml
