Target: Manicure equipment (Europe)
Goals:
Launch a store on Instagram and test the hypothesis of selling nail equipment within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Point A
- A lot of products in the salon that are not selling
- No regular customers, which is very important in this niche
- Lack of understanding of how to manage the page to generate sales
- Attract the first active audience to the page

- Sold most of the products from the stock (60+ units) and purchased a new batch
