Embrace of Sleep

Poems, Songs & Prose
Job 85 of 87
Feeling the peace of silence,
Stand before the cold stream,
Fill the cup of hands with moisture,
Wash yourself, complete that circle,
Which was begun by you in the morning.
The bed beckons into the embrace of sleep,
The light is suffocated, on the throne – darkness.
