Completed the full cycle of creating a digital platform for an international women's retreat project in Europe — from product concept formation and UX architecture to technical implementation, service integration, and launching marketing infrastructure.
Took responsibility for the design concept, technical architecture, service integrations, and building a system for attracting and processing applications.
UX/UI Design and Design Concept
Designed interface prototypes in Figma, developed the UX logic of the platform, and implemented responsive layout.
Realized the design concept "Body & Soul Healing," which combines the visual atmosphere of the retreat with intuitive navigation and emotional interaction of the user with the product.
Developed the page structure, block system, and content logic aimed at increasing user engagement and conversion to bookings.
Booking Functionality Development and Integrations
Implemented a booking module for participation in retreats with the integration of CRM systems (amoCRM / Bitrix24) for centralized application processing.
Set up automatic collection of contact data through website forms with information transfer to CRM, which allowed structuring work with potential participants and minimizing lead loss.
Integrated API services for:
— payment processing
— booking confirmation
— automatic notifications for clients
Multilingualism and International Audience
Implemented a multilingual structure of the website (Ukrainian / English), which allowed working with an audience from different countries in Europe and scaling marketing campaigns.
SEO Optimization and Analytics
Optimized the technical structure of the website, loading speed, and SEO parameters of the pages.
Set up an analytics and user behavior tracking system:
— Google Analytics
— Google Tag Manager
— Meta Pixel
— conversion events and user interaction analytics
This allowed obtaining accurate data on the effectiveness of marketing channels and optimizing the sales funnel.
