Project of Mila-Tamila.The task was set to create a business for a girl who is on decreet vacation.To get a quick result, we stopped our choice to buy an existing online store and from me, as an internet marketer, the initial analysis of the projects presented for sale was required.After some search, I stopped my choice at this online store.By contacting the owner I got access to the internal analytics of the site (Google analytics and admin panels)
The Internet store was placed on the marketplace Prom - which on the one hand restricted the functionality and further extensions, and on the other hand simplified the work of the store (software part, security) allowing it to focus on marketing work.After the rights to the project were transferred to the new owner, a comprehensive work was done on the site to improve its indicators:
1 .The analytics are properly connected - the data that comes from the spam and internal traffic are filtered, the e-commerce tracking is set, the data of the visitors are collected for subsequent use in remarketing, etc.2ndSet and launched advertising channels: Google Advertising, Facebook Advertising, Instagram
ThreeCorrected and added content of the site (main pages, product cards)
4 .Started internal advertising (Prosel)
and 5.We have worked with existing and new customers.Increased rating on the internal site
6 .The project economy unit was calculated, the work was corrected, the monthly work was carried out on data cutting, the correction was carried out.
7 .The project was in the growth phase, constantly improved the rates of permanent customers, repeated purchases, positions in organic search.
Due to the war, the project was temporarily frozen.
