OpsFlow is a B2B workflow automation concept for operations teams. The product helps teams turn manual approvals, onboarding requests and internal handoffs into visible, repeatable workflows. The case explores the full product loop: building logic, validating conditions, monitoring runs, recovering errors and reviewing access permissions. The focus was on making complex operational states easy to understand and act on without engineering support.
