Optimize the website according to recommendations

It was necessary to make the guidelines according to Google’s recommendations, namely: set the asynchronous download of javascript, print images, optimize CSS, etc. Another customer wanted me to put in small lines: remove the excess external links from the site, remove the language selection menu, etc. The site works on Joomla.
