1. I added circles for highlighting (figuratively, a pulse from sound).
2. I made a slightly different composition for the images, as the sizes are different here + the photographs are more horizontally oriented (but this allowed for a more interesting representation of directions, making it smoother and calmer for the eyes to scan the information, as the focus is on services rather than events).
3. I recommend removing "in all directions," as it adds unnecessary load to the banner. It’s better to highlight this word equally along with the two headings (it will be intuitively understood).
4. I translated functional training (when all names are in the same language, it looks more professional); if it’s not possible, let me know and I will revert and change the font of the list to a simpler one.
5. I still added more depth and volume, as in the main example.
* The colors are displayed this way because of a different format for printing; they appear richer in the layout.
