P2P Delivery and Logistics Marketplace

Development of a mobile peer-to-peer delivery platform connecting cargo senders, travelers, and independent couriers.

Users can publish a shipment or an upcoming trip, receive matching offers, discuss details through realtime chat, confirm a deal, and complete payments within the platform.

I worked on the mobile application, backend API, administration panel, payment system, KYC workflows, realtime communication, and third-party integrations.

Core functionality:

- cargo and trip publishing;

- maps, geolocation, and address search;
- personal and company profiles;

- document and biometric KYC verification;

A simplified carrier-based shipping flow was later added:

- carrier rate calculation;
- payment confirmation;
- shipping label generation.
