For our client – a passenger transport company in Europe – we launched an advertising campaign aimed at attracting Ukrainian-speaking, Russian-speaking, and Czech audiences. The main task was to promote the newly created company page on Instagram, Facebook, and the website, as well as to set up communication via WhatsApp. The total advertising budget was $3000.

Goals:

Create and set up advertising accounts and pages on Instagram and Facebook from scratch.
Attract the first audience from target countries (Poland, Croatia, Romania, Germany, Czech Republic) with an emphasis on Ukrainian-speaking, Russian-speaking, and Czech-speaking users.
Ensure activity on the pages, attract subscribers, and receive initial inquiries from potential clients.
Challenges:
Warming up completely new accounts in a competitive environment.
Setting up targeting for different language groups in European countries.
Balancing the budget to ensure maximum efficiency.
Implementation of the advertising campaign
We completed the full cycle of launching the advertising campaign and setting up accounts:

Account packaging: created and designed pages on Instagram and Facebook, including writing descriptions, creating visual content, and posts that showcase the main advantages of the company's services.
Advertising targeting: set up targeted advertising for the target audience in each country – Ukrainian-speaking and Russian-speaking for Poland, Croatia, Romania, and Germany, as well as Czech-speaking audience for the Czech Republic.
Platforms: launched advertising on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and through the client's website to attract the maximum number of users from various sources.

Results
Over a certain period for the company, we achieved the following results:
Activity: an average of about 75 inquiries daily across all advertising platforms, indicating significant audience interest in the client's services.
Subscriber engagement: the campaign provided approximately 55 new subscriptions daily to the newly created page, which is a good indicator for a start, considering the account was new.
Increased activity: engaged users to interact with posts, which helped to quickly raise brand awareness.
Effective budget use: the advertising budget of $3000 was used optimally, allowing us to reach a wide audience and ensure a steady flow of new visitors to the client's pages.
Conclusion

Thanks to a professionally set up advertising campaign and effective account packaging, we managed to achieve significant activity on the newly created pages of the client and ensure interest from the target audience. The successful experience showed that even with new accounts, high performance can be achieved with the right approach to advertising and profile design.
