Payload CMS: localization and roles

The real instance of Payload 2 on our server, live requests from the page: uk/ru-localized fields with fallback in one document, read access as a request limitation (anonymous users see only published content, editors see drafts after logging in), and hooks — auto-slug transliteration, reading time, and publishedAt.
