Mailing Program
The program contains a database of companies. For each company, information about the manager and the contact person can be specified, thus each company has two sets of contact details.
Templates are divided into two types – letters to the manager and letters to the contact person.
Variables in curly braces can be used in the subject line and the body of the message. Instead of these variables, information from the database will be substituted for each letter individually.
The text of the letter can be specified in both plain text format and HTML format.
Similarly, an attachment can be prepared in the body of the letter – a personalized document that will be attached to the letter. To do this, create a document in Microsoft Word or another editor and save it in RTF format. Variables can be used in the document.
When sending letters, the program will substitute the values of the variables, convert the file to PDF format, and attach it to the letter.
